Arlo Pro camera will not charge battery over 30%

I have 5 Arlo Pro cameras. One of them will not charge a battery over about 30%. It is not the battery, as I can change the battery putting a fully charged battery in and when it gets down to about 10% I plug the camera into a proper correct battery pack and it will charge but stop at about 30%.

I have switched batteries around and switched external battery packs around.

There are 2 Arlo Pro cameras mounted high on a tree to watch the street.

Anyone have any idea about this?

I think your only options are to

replace the camera
make sure the camera is easily accessible, so you can swap the batteries.

Given the EOL announcement, I think option 1 is the better path - though you might wait and see if there are any good deals on new cameras.
