My base station VMb4000 is saying offline when the light shows it is getting signal. I would like to call someone, but can’t find a number. I have reset it, unplugged everything and reconnected and still no luck. The light above the camera diagram is orange.

Did you perform a factory reset using the paper clip method?

If so and the right side led is showing constant amber with the others green then the base was successfully factory reset and is waiting to be claimed by an account.

If you’re account already has the base station listed in the my devices list under settings then you will need to remove it from the account before you can add it again.

The mobile device with the app installed needs to be connected to the local wifi network to find the base, you can also use a pc connected to the local router logging into the my.arlo.com site and adding the base.
