It is -18 C in Calgary, Canada with no Winds. I have 2 Arlo Pro 4 and both are down, both were purchased brand new under 6 months.

Error Message -

Temperature is too Low.

Camera will resume operation once temperature rises.

Arlo specs the cameras to work down to -20C/-5F but any particular camera may be + or - that figure. One thing that has been tried with some success is to use the outdoor charger to power the camera since it may generate enough heat in the camera to keep it working. If you decide to try this, try with both the battery installed as well as not.

No, the outdoor AC power supply would be needed. The solar panel is only a trickle charger so won't generate enough heat in the camera topossiblt keep it working. There's no guarantee that the AC power will cause the camera to generate enough heat, either, but that's really your only option. Make sure you have a return privilege.
