FWIW, I saw one myself on Black Friday. They are annoying, especially when you are wanting to see what triggered a notification.

There is a setting in https://my.arlo.com/#/edit-account - not sure if that makes any difference with the pop-ups or if it only applies to emails.

That control is for receiving emails, best I can tell. We're past Black Friday and Black Monday I still got a pop up ad, in the middle of the app when I went to arm my system..... I'm ready to dump Arlo all together if this continues.
