      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can we reach an onshore, American, representative to get actually good help and care for your product? I've contacted an offshore rep today and it was TERRIBLE!! I want to know where I can e-mail a complaint with all the details. I'm also going to look to go to a much better product with Wyze.
