    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a problem with the arlo app. Tried reinstalling it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The pro 4 will not work with the VMB3xxx series Base station, although it can connect directly to your wifi network, subscription required though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo Pro camera will not charge or work on AC power only. It has worked well for a couple of years now but recently I got warning that it was off-line but was plugged in to power. I checked to make sure power was getting to the camera. I brought the camera in my house and it worked fine on both battery and power only. I have replaced the power cord feeding the Arlo power adapter. Tested the power adapter on another camera. And again today I got a message the battery can't be charged, and there is no battery in the camera. It is on power only. It is an H8 camera with firmware 1.092.1.0_9_120d8b7&lt;/P&gt;</description>
