    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased 3 arlo pro camera and a base station 2 years ago and it was working until last month. Now all my recordings gone from my account and also subscription is grayed out. Now I cannot even connect to base station or camera.&amp;nbsp; Is this company stop doing business.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The company is still in business, but services have been discontinued in mainland China and in Russia.&amp;nbsp; Are you in one of those locations?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FWIW, those actions were taken quite a while ago (more than a month), so I am thinking your problem might be something else.&amp;nbsp; But it is worth confirming that you aren't in those two countries first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
