    <description>&lt;P&gt;Base is VMB4000.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power and Internet lights are solid Green. Camera light is solid Amber.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Performed several factory resets, tried syncing cameras (get rapid blue flashing lights indicating successful connection) but camera light is still solid Amber.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;IOS mobile and Chrome app / web app cannot locate the base station.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to update the firmware / perform some other check to try and locate the base station?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As your camera led on the base is solid amber it usually indicates that the factory reset has been performed and the base is waiting to be claimed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually if the factory reset was successfully performed while the base was still functional and connected to the internet the base will also get removed from your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If otherwise the base remains in your account and will be prevented by &amp;nbsp;you or anyone else from re-adding it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your account mydevices list and remove it from the account before trying to re-add again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure that the mobile app is using the local wifi network or that the pc is connected directly to the local router by the Ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
