      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHat happens if you use the charger that the external charging station uses? You need a charger that supplies both 5v and 9v to charge a Pro (not a Pro 2) so verify that, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you need to replace the OEM charger then.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The charger works fine with other electronics. The cost of a new one is minimal, but I saw some online comments indicating that a software update disabled internal charging. If so, I will need a software patch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
