Impossible to create a new mode

Hi,

when I create a new mode a message is displayed "No cameras available. All cameras are already in use in other rules."

I have no rules nor other modes but the default ones in Arlo App

How can I solve this?

When you first go into modes, are you selecting a base station that has cameras connected to it?

Are you using the primary account (not a "friend" account?

Maybe also double-check that the cameras are on-line.

Not something I am seeing (testing with a VMB5000 smarthub and the iOS app). If you have a subscription, you might try phone support.
