Did you also try swapping a battery from another camera into the problem camera?

Might also be worth looking at the contacts for the battery inside the camera - possibly they need to be cleaned???

One of my arlo pro cameras required battery charging, after plugging in the charger the lightning bolt charging icon was visible on the app. After a couple of hours the the amber light was flashing and the app said that the camera was offline…….. I’ve been through the process of getting the camera back on line at least 10 times. The camera comes up on the app and says battery low and charging. Then after a couple of seconds I get the offline message again. I thought it may be the battery not charging but swapped it to another camera an it says fully charged. I’ve even tried removing the battery for an hour or so and then repeated the sync process, but to no avail.
what’s my next step ?
