    <description>&lt;P&gt;never mind. After doing hard reset it's working now. I hope I don't have to keep on doing hard reset. There is some weird things going on with the IOS app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this issue before and someone sent me reset token, and started working. Now I have that issue back again. Can anyone from the support staff send me reset token please ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello , I don't know what happened. All my cameras and base station showing offline. I have all the light as green in the base station but all cameras showing offline in the app and in the web portal. I did all the basic troubleshoot but nothing seems to working. Not sure if this was related to token reset or there's an outage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
