So, I have two solar panels to recharge two of my outdoor Arlo Pro cameras. One cable appears to have either been bit through by a bird or a squirrel. Called Arlo support to buy or get a replacement cable. The rep said they do not offer the cable separate and that I would have to purchase a whole entirely new solar panel to get a cable.

Are you freaking kidding me? I have two bases and 7 cameras. Looks like it time to chuck this system and go to something that is more reliable and less costly.

Thank you for your feedback, Arlo does not currently offer solar panel replacement parts.

Well, Netgear/Arlo's loss. I learned how to fix my own USB cables so no need to rely on Arlo.
