    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are numerous reports for battery and camera status issues using the arlo web portal site. The information is not being updated when you login to the account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The workaround is to login using the edge browser in private mode to force edit: download of the website local data folder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo pro appearing offline in app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;still have a problem , when I log in to My Arlo on pc it says cameras are on but on my phone they are showing as off. Also the battery numbers are totally different from pc to phone. Can someone please address this in a way I can understand. About to just give up on this and the cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I deleted arlo from my pc and now only use my tablet or phone. this is a new computer windows 11 using Edge browser. Have had no problems since deleting from PC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
