Library Storage Timeline

Hi. I am wondering how far back the library storage goes for general users. I am looking to find alert videos from May, but my library only goes back to June 15th.

Any ideas?

With no subscription, cloud storage retention is 7 days. With a subscription, it is 30 days in the US. In Europe it is 30 days for Arlo Secure and 60 days for Secure Plus. Sounds like you have 60 days.

If you have a base, and have USB storage (or microSD if you have the VMB5000 smarthub), then the videos on the local storage probably do go back into May or earlier. You would need to remove the storage from the base to access anything that old - local storage in the app won't show it.
