2 cameras not recording. They are fully charged, active and the settings are correct.

Can you livestream them? If you can, is it possible to make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Can you confirm the camera model?

AKGRAM,

Check the active mode to make sure the cameras are "Armed", test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
