Arlo Pro no login

To JamesC: when I open the arlo app all I get is a screen with the word arlo and the trademark symbol. The login spaces do not appear. This is on a iphone11. It worked great until a week ago. Get email alerts from arlo but cannot access the app to do any functions. Thanks for any assistance.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Which version of the Arlo app are you using as well as iOS version?

I am using an Iphone11 and also Iphone7, Both use version 15.5. The Iphone11 started working again this morning. Still cant use the Iphone7 to access the app. Wont let us log in! I am using the only Arlo app that is available on Apple. Found Arlo Support to be very lacking for sure.
