The charger is the correct one. All 4 cameras I bought do not show a battery indicator. Is there a way to check if the batteries are bad?

There is an issue with the arlo web portal not updating the battery indicators for some users, check this by using the mobile app to compare.

Another possible cause is that the charger being used does not support fast charging at higher voltage so can only power the camera and not charge the battery.
Ensure your using the arlo supplied charger.

If the batteries have not been used for some time (years) or have been discharged completely then the camera will not charge them for safety. You could try unplugging and plugging the charger cable several times to prime the battery and start charging again. The camera front blue led illuminates when battery is fully charged.

Again check with the arlo mobile app for battery conditions. You can get the battery % value by looking in the camera settings menu.
