    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; But how exactly do I get hold of "Phone Support"?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now also have other major problems like - videos occuring every few minutes, without any movements seen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. you are the only one who replied to my original post&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am now a paying member of the&amp;nbsp; ARLO Secure + plan.&amp;nbsp; When I go into Settings/Camera Positioning - it tells me "This Function is NOT Supported". This happens for all of my cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is this happening &amp;amp; how can I fix it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thaks for any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I don't know why that is happening (it doesn't happen with my Pro 2 cameras, though I am using a VMB5000 base).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since you have a subscription, you could use the phone support option in the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FWIW, the function doesn't really do that much.&amp;nbsp; You can just livestream the camera instead.&amp;nbsp; You might have more lag, and perhaps lower quality - but it will serve the purpose equally well.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Open the app, choose settings.&amp;nbsp; Then scroll down and choose support (which should be right above the privacy center option)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select a camera that is in the subscription plan, and scroll down to "contact"&amp;nbsp; You should see a phone option in that section that you can select.&lt;/P&gt;
