This looks like a common fault. Cracked and open circuit ribbon cable, stops charging from happening.<BR /><IMG src="http://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40228i33A89F3363A386EF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999&amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" border="0" alt="cracked ribbon.jpg" title="cracked ribbon.jpg" />

Hi StephenB, bought system in October 2017. It looks like it has fatigued at the sharpest bend point, just after the heat shrink. Perhaps the heat shrink could have been a little longer and 'set' with the bend in the crack location to allow the bigger loop to take the strain off the cracking point. This happens a lot just beyond the strain relief.
