    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - we have two cameras that were working without an Arlo subscription.&amp;nbsp; I urgently need to get a recording from just over two weeks ago that is not appearing in my library anymore.&amp;nbsp; I have now gone on and subscribed but is there any way I can get a recording from the 16th of April?&amp;nbsp; Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately not from the cloud library - once deleted due to the retention limit, the recording is gone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a USB drive connected to the base, you could eject that storage, put it in to a PC, and look for the recording there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
