Sounds like a phone issue if ensuring that the mic is enabled in the Audio Settings of the camera settings.

Works fine on my S-10... as mentioned maybe a setting. I'd uninstall and reinstall the app and then check permissions.

Did not work. Sound is still inaudible at the camera speaker.

Other commenters report the same issue with Samsung phones.

What is Arlo doing to correct the issue?

Arlo markets push to talk as a major feature of its products. Therefore, patches/re-writes of their app to make it work with Samsung phones, including Galaxy S10+ will achieve their marketing assertions.
