&lt;P&gt;Have him try clicking on "create account" in the invite on a PC.&amp;nbsp; That will open a browser to my.arlo.com.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At that point, he can either create an account, or sign into an existing one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure why, but using a PC generally works better than trying to accept the invite on a phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
