Does your partner receive the invite email? Check in the spam or junk folder of their email account.

Have him try clicking on "create account" in the invite on a PC. That will open a browser to my.arlo.com.

At that point, he can either create an account, or sign into an existing one.

Not sure why, but using a PC generally works better than trying to accept the invite on a phone.
