Arlo app for Kindle Fire

Just wanted to know if anyone uses an Amazon Kindle Fire with the Arlo App.

Everything works fine except the notifications. I don't get audible notifications on the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet. I do with an iPad or an LG tablet.

Is this an app issue and should contact Arlo or is this a tablet issue and should contact Amazon?

I'm surprised it works at all.. it must be the newer Kindle fire (HD ? ) as the older KF doesn't works at all...

My wife's new 2016 Fire HD 8 has the exact same problem. I beleive this is an app issue that Netgear would have to correct.

My wife's Fire HD 8 is updated to the latest version of android available from Amazon which is Fire OS 5.3.2.1.
