What's with the 'see your new camera in action' thing going on for the last week? Everytime we get on we have to go live in order to see all the camera's shots. Really annoying.

Do you get this when using the mobile app or the web browser?

Chrome on desktop. It didnt do it this morning, but 3 out of 4 times we log in lately.

Try refreshing the page and/or clearing the browser cache.

None of that worked. Log in and all I see are gray pics and the message to go live again. they are still recording normally. Also, the library is loading slowly for the last week. If click on a video, it says loading.... but never plays, or plays over a 5 minute period...slowly.

What are you upload and download speeds as measured by speedtest.net?
