Cannot set Geofencing and getting 32 character error

I cant set the Geofencing in the Arlo app and get the 32 character error every time. My location is in Saudi Arabia and when I chose my location the app autofill it with Arabic characters from the suggestion and I think that's the problem. I can't delete the Arabic characters and can't set the Geofencing. What should I do?
