    <description>It could be that the battery has failed. Had you let the camera battery go flat? Best practice is to recharge when it gets below 25%. If it’s completely flat it might take a while for the battery to get to a level that will enable boost charging to begin.&lt;BR /&gt;Ensure your using the arlo charger and cable. Unplug and replug charger a few times during the day to kick start. For safety ensure the camera is not close to flammable material when charging.</description>

      <description>When I plug in my wireless Arlo Pro to charge, I see a plug icon next to the battery in the app. I used to see a percentage or lightning bolt. I can only use the camera while plugged in now. What could have happened or changed?</description>

      <description>Yeah. We didn't use the Arlo for a while when we didn't have childcare, so the battery must have gone below 15/25%. I'll work on bringing the battery back to life by unplugging and plugging it in occasionally. Thanks for your feedback!</description>
