    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a mix of camera types. The “old” white cameras record to the Library just fine, but the new black Pro cameras do not. If I go to the Devices tab on my tablet the older ones all allow you to record from Live View, but not the new ones. You can turn on Live View but not record it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the new Pros are triggered by movement,but don’t record to the Library. I can see a still shot recorded “20 minutes ago” on the Devices tab, but when I go to the Library there is nothing recorded. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Newer cameras (Pro 3, Pro 4, Ultra, Essential) all require a subscription for cloud storage.&amp;nbsp; So if these are the "new black" ones, then check their subscription status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
