How do I identify what type of camera I have?

How do I identify what type of camera I have: vmb ....? I have serial numbers of course, but I would like to discover what I have: pro? ultra?

Approximately when did you purchase? Did your purchase include a base station?

The camera models all start with vmc. If your camera has a removable battery, then there likely is a label behind the battery inside the camera.

The two pro cameras are fairly easy to differentiate;

Pro 2 below has a white bezel

Pro camera below has a black bezel

Yes. Also, both use microusb for charging. If your camera uses the magnetic connectors, you have a Pro 3, Pro 4, or Ultra.

BTW, if you have a camera that uses four CR123 batteries, then you have the original Arlo Wireless HD camera.

On my PRO 4 I removed the battery and there is a sticker with the model name on the camera
