Camera is synced but won't connect for camera positioning or live feed. Tried removing.

My camera is synced and added to my base station. The problem I'm experiencing is my camera won't connect for camera positioning or live feed but it is synced to my base station.

Please help! I have removed and re-added the camera but I'm still experiencing this issue.

This can be a signal strength and/or quality issue. If you bring the camera closer to the base does it work properly? If so, check to see if there's some wireless device near the base or camera that could be interfering with the signal. Also, house construction and the exact path the signal has to take between the base and camera can be an issue. What is the house construction? What is inbetween the camera and base in a straight line?

Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the same problem. One camera is connecting fine, the other (this one) won't get it's act together!

I don't think it's that cause I was standing next to the base station which is next to my router. The camera is synced but doesn't connect for live feed or camera position not does is blink blue when I sync it

Nope, still hoping someone from Arlo would reach out but I don't have my hopes up. Money wasted my friend
