We need some more information here.

In particular

Are both hubs shown as on-line?
Did you ever have a different hub than the one you are using now?

Screen shots would be helpful - perhaps using the browser (my.arlo.com).

Thx, that helps. Some hubs do show up that way - no idea why.

There's no way to fix it, but on the other hand it doesn't create any problems either.

Bases with the siren built-in will show that - note the siren icon attached to the listing. The second/bottom one is the siren identification which you can rename to keep things straight if you need.
