    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have separated from my previous workplace.&amp;nbsp; My email which I used to registered with Arlo is inactivated.&amp;nbsp; Now, I forgot my password, they kept send PIN or CODE to my old email but I do not have any access.&amp;nbsp; How do I reset password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I reset the base station to factory setting and restart with new account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You won't be able to add the cameras/base to a new account until they are removed from the current account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Support might be able to help you change the email address, but the new policy will require you to pay for support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
