Unable to update system. When I hit update, it will buffer and goes back to needing to update.

Why can't I update my system? When I hit the update button - it would buffer for a second or two but go right back to needing to update. What do I need to do to update my Arlo cameras and base? Thanks

Try rebooting the base and reinsert the camera batteries.
