      <title>I've reset my Base Station but not connecting to the app? Base Station has internet.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve re set my base station. The base station has internet connection but is not connecting to the App.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve followed all the advice, including deleting the App and reinstalling.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I just reset the base station again but held the pin in for 15 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;Bingo! It worked, I didn’t hold the hard reset button in for long enough before &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks , for your help, I’m all up and running now&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;</description>
