Arlo battery meter not accurate

Have 3 Arlo Pro cameras and meter on all apps whether pc, or apple air, or android. were working well showing small drain every day.

Now for the past week, meter on all battery levels stop going down and remain at same levels for the past week, is that nomal?

Do not record very much just arm cameras at night for motion only.

I've seen battery levels "freeze" and generally ignore it. You can try opening and closing battery doors (pop the battery out on Pros) to see if the level resets.
