Camera keeps getting message on phone saying incompatible charger but it's using Arlo Solar Panel?

Hi everyone,

Got a small problem with my camera sited on drive my keep getting message on phone when I look at camera saying incompatible charger has been detected but its a Arlo solar panel ?

Arlo VMA4600 and Arlo Pro HD 720

If checking the connections on both ends of the cabble doesn't help, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Hi was working fine till today had a problem with the charging again says on app use a compatible product but it is an Arlo

solar panel and cable ,Brand new straight out of box ?

Could be either the camera or the panel. Again, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a possible hardware problem.
