      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone at Arlo tell me what's going on with this? I have done everything requested. I've written to Ms. Knowles twice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please have a look. A year sure seems long enough to sort this issue out. If it cannot be resolved, please tell me why not.&lt;/P&gt;
