I decided to give it another try, so I spent an hour on the chat line two days ago to add my spouse’s phone. I finally got the second phone added. The steps were nothing like the manual’s instructions. So the next day geofencing worked fine. But today, while I was out of zone and my spouse was in the zone, geofencing properly showed it was in home mode, but then spontaneously geofencing went to away mode and started recording my spouse at home. I looked on the enabled devices, and it showed my spouse’s phone as “unavailable”. Does anyone have any idea why this happened?
