Orange triangle when charging? Using original charger.

I brought my camera inside to charge, but when I plug it in, the low battery icon turns into an orange triangle with a lightning bolt, and it doesn’t charge. Using original charger:
Other threads have mentioned zones or temperature, but this is only when charging. The icon cannot be clicked on.

Sounds like a charging fault as you have guessed. Try removing the battery and use only AC power as well as swapping batteries around between cameras to see if it's the battery or camera.
