    <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is the primary user? It sounds like you are and your wife has been granted access. Use Settings, Grant Access and make sure the camera is selected for her account. You can also try deselecting and re-selecting it if needed. If all fails, remove her account and re-invite her.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Wife has Galaxy 9 but doesn't show one camera but receives notification. My iPhone 8 has no problem.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wife has a Samsung Galaxy 9, and the app no longer shows our driveway camera, but she will get notifications when the camera detects movement. We tried adding the camera back in to the app, but when we try to add additional hardware the app says it can’t find the base station.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My iPhone 8 is having no problems at all. Is there some sort of conflict with the android devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
