Activity zones option is missing from camera settings

Anyone else have Activity Zones for the Arlo Pro that have disappeared from the camera settings? Cameras are not recording when motion is detected but they are recording over and over when there is no motion and its draining the batteries today and my subscription for Arlo Smart deleted all my active cameras. I'm in VA and since this morning I've had trouble logging in

Hi @Manino

For the cameras experiencing the issue, are they assigned under Settings > Smart Notifications > Active Camera for battery operated cameras? Activity zones requires an AC adapter or Active under Arlo Smart while battery operated.

I added an Arlo Essential camera to my setup. (I already had the Arlo Ultra with two cameras and a smart hub).
I can’t configure activity zones on my Arlo essential camera. The option isn’t there.

I see it in the Arlo, but not in the Arlo essential.

I have an Arlo Smart Elite subscription.

Do you still have a free trial for this camera? If your trial expired, Is this camera listed as Active under Subscription > Manage Cameras on the web portal?

Thanks for your reply!

I managed to get in touch with customer support via chat. The fix was to remove the camera from my Arlo Smart subscription and add it back in... seems there was a glitch when I setup the camera; probably having something to do with the free trial, which I didn't really need.
