Aro Pro battery cannot charge. Using original cable and charger.

I can’t get the battery of the cameras to be charged. And yes, I am using the charger and cable that came with the camera and it’s not charging.

If the battery is drained to low, the charger can take a number of times to start a proper charge....

Try clean up camera charging contact surfaces. If camera is outdoors, these are getting oxidized and camera will not recharge. After you clean them, connect charger and check device settings , you should see the lightning symbol overlay on the battery icon.
