Arlo pro camera doesn't start up. No LED lights showing. Tried different battery.

Hello All,

Sinds a couple off days, one off the four arlo pro camera's doesn't start-up any more.

When I try to recharge the led light doen't go on and there is no reaction when I press the 'sync' button.

I have already placed a other battery, but did didn't help.

Just before I have placed the camera on continue power, but the battery didn't charge.

What can I do?

does it work on ac with the battery removed?

Thanks for reply, with ac the red (night vision) lights blinks once, but sync doesnt work. No blue lights.
Also tried the link (place full battery several times).
