&lt;P&gt;my team has looked into the issue of videos not recoding to lib. It seems your latest release of the iOS software contains bugs. We have checked desktop as well as android they are fine. We have also submitted screenshoots as well. I would say you need to talk to your developers fix asap! The other bug we noticed when talking through chat if the screen goes out on your phone it will discontinue the chat this is very frustrating for customers needs to be fixed as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is NOT just IOS.&amp;nbsp; I just bought a brand new Android Tablet (I was forced to because your software stopped supporting older IPAD that would not update past 10.3).&amp;nbsp; The SAME issue for me.&amp;nbsp; Library does not update.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
