Live stream is not working when motion is detected

When movement is detected on camera, it will not go to live streaming. It just continues to say connecting.

What version of the Arlo app are you using?

Does this occur on other devices or the web portal as well?

2.18.1 is the version and yess it happens with all cameras at any given time of movement.
