      <title>Arlo pro missing recording</title>

      <description>Model 2.17.1_28025&lt;BR /&gt;Had a break in&lt;BR /&gt;Cameras worked great till 12:15&lt;BR /&gt;Didn't get any notifications and can't see recordings during robbery.&lt;BR /&gt;Ironically cameras worked great recording me discovering the break in.&lt;BR /&gt;This is extremely frustrating.&lt;BR /&gt;I bought all these cameras for this exact situation and the cameras failed.&lt;BR /&gt;My question is did they record and are just not showing up in my recordings?&lt;BR /&gt;We didn't have a power outage or internet outage.&lt;BR /&gt;If I had these recordings I would have had a clear shot for the police.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Too late now but the USB drive gets all recordings that go to the cloud, even if the Internet connection is down. It also records all videos that Arlo Smart would decide to not put in the&amp;nbsp; cloud library due to Smart settings, if you happen to subscribe to that feature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
