    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can try another charger that has both 5v and 9v outputs to see if that makes a difference. If so, you have a bad charger which may be replaced by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem. You should also verify that the cable itself is properly and firmly inserted on both ends.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the other charger doesn't help, you would still need to use the same support link since the camera may be faulty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
