Try reboot the base and reinserting the camera battery to reset to a known condition. Also bring the camera closer to the base to see if that makes a difference.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having the issue. Going to reset batteries now and see what happens.

Thank you I’ll try that. How do you reset it? I pushed the tiny button through the hole in the back but nothing happened.

If you really want to reset the system you should remove all devices ion Settings, My Devices. If you then want to use the reset button, it's like virtually all reset buttons - you have to hold it in for at least 10 seconds. The LEDs will flash amber. Let it reboot and start rebuilding the system by claiming the base first and then syncing the cameras.

Here is what I did yesterday and so far it appears to have fixed things.

Removed the batteries from all of the cameras

Factory reset the base station

Set everything up as new

I removed all devices and started over. That seemed to fix it. Thanks a lot
