    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are your phones old and have unsupported OSes? Have you rebooted the phones and tried to install the app again or are you getting a message that your phone isn't supported (or just can't find the app)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The computer is a different issue. What OS and browser are you using? You should simply log in and view the existing system, not aset it up again. What are the LEDs on the base showing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;everything was great.. thought the best buy on security.. expensive,, but free cloud&amp;nbsp; for up to 5 cameras weekly,, figured would save in long run,,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;almost two years now never a problem ,, then I was told to update,,lost phone app and it will not download another,,on home pc will not recognize my base anyone else have recent similar experience?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
