Arlo Pro offline initially, and then online after 1 minute or two

When I initially login to myarlo website, it says arlo cameras are offline. If i refresh the page after a minute or so, all the cameras goes back online. It happens almost everytime... Is this normal?

Hi Tom,

It happens on the arlo app as well. The I also see the base station center light starts ember, and then turned green afterwards...

That shouldn't be happening. The Internet LED should remain green. This may be a hardware issue so contact support and open a case.

or check for a bad ethernet cable AND/OR switch ports on your router.
